Starting out the day well. I had some of that organic Puffin ceral…its ok, you just have to get used to it.

Well a new week is coming up and I am going to change some things
-Go to the gym at least twice a week (it makes no sense that I am right above it and never go).
-Eat salad…I love it, I just never have it
-Get motivated…I will try to work with my roommate and we can work together.
-Keep track of my progress
-Make rewards for my progress
-Get plenty of rest
-Drink plenty of water
All of this is that I should be doing anyways!
First weight loss goal: 5 lbs
Total weight loss goal: 100 lbs
Current weight: 240 lbs
Target weight: 140lbs
*I’m soo ashamed…this is an all time high but I can do it!
I feel like I fell off the deep end. I have no motivation what-so-ever. I would do very good for a while and then for some reason, forget or give up, or sometheing. I seriously need help. What do you guys suggest to keep my attitude and motivation boosted?
