stop eating sugar

I used to drink two cans of soda a day, plus cookies or other sweet foods. At first I weaned myself off of sugar by using artificial sweeteners. This made it easier to stop eating sugar, but it turns out that I was consuming so much artificial sweetener that I was developing other problems. Now I’m having to wean myself off of artificial sweetener. I drink more water, and flavor the water with cranberry juice and stevia. I feel so much better. I wish I had done this a long time ago.
