I’m underweight according to my insurance company, but I’m ‘fat’... all that blubber around my waist and belly, and my skinny ass is falling down the back of my legs…
So I don’t want to lose weight, just tone up, add some muscle – that should put some pounds on me. Everyone thinks skinny people are fit and healthy. NOT ! lol.
I LOATHE exercise, you’ll never ever get me doing cardio, so I’m looking forward to strength training.
To afford this, I’m selling my blood plasma ($75 for 2 donations a week) so maybe I can afford 2 training sessions.
