now i’m meditating at least twice a day to get myself in balance n also to provide the discipline i need to attempt other things in my life. it helps to get myself focused n my attention has definitely improved.

i have to keep my attention to myself n not catch on too much of other ppl’s emotions n also not let other’s moods n expressions affect me. I am emotionally strong.
