Of creating a life-changing habit. It’s 3 weeks to establish a new habit, right? I’ve been on my exercise plan since mid Sept. Constantly reviewing it to prevent boredom. Though I’m eating better (but still struggling), I see results on the scale and in my jeans. No better motivation.

How I did it: All the right elements came together at once for this attempt. Found a shallow, calm, very clear bit of ocean near shore on Cozumel. How I did it: Charting my progress was the greatest motivator. Everyday when I wake up I am eager to plan my exercises and mark my weight. I use mostly workouts available on Netflix (the Roku box sure makes this easier!). I change videos and mix up routines when I get bored or notice exercises becoming too easy. Revamped the plan a bit since my body was getting accustomed to some exercises.

As I approach a benchmark age, I notice bad posture more among older people. Maybe I can combat gravity and overcome poor habits thanks to tips from other Thingers.
