Of creating a life-changing habit. It’s 3 weeks to establish a new habit, right? I’ve been on my exercise plan since mid Sept. Constantly reviewing it to prevent boredom. Though I’m eating better (but still struggling), I see results on the scale and in my jeans. No better motivation.

Revamped the plan a bit since my body was getting accustomed to some exercises.

Moderate cardio 2x/wk
Very light cardio/strength 3x/wk
Light cardio 1x/wk
Off 1x/wk



Improve my posture
How to stop a lifetime of slouching? 1 month ago

As I approach a benchmark age, I notice bad posture more among older people. Maybe I can combat gravity and overcome poor habits thanks to tips from other Thingers.

Just being aware of my stance is making a difference already.

I always notice an improvement when I exercise regularly.

Do not sit at computer for more than 30 min intervals.

Wearing low-cut shirts facilitates the need to keep the chest up.
