Practice Focusing on My Third Eye
It seems the key to clearing the mind 20 months ago

I have been doing morning “medical meditations” for a few weeks now, and I do feel the benefits of it throughout the day, but I believe that I would feel far more benefits if I were to actually focus on my third eye when I am suppose to. I was just doing the exercises and afterwards I just sat there and was quiet and tried to focus on my third eye. I am able to do it, but it’s a new sensation for my eyes, so they seem to drift away quite easily. I would imagine that this is another instance where just taking time to practice would help flex and redirect parts of my body. So, I would like to at random parts during the day, take moments to just be quiet and focus on my third eye, even if it is just for a few minutes.
