Finally, wrote that check to pay it off since my savings account interest rate is no longer higher than my credit card interest rate. Now, I just have to watch my spending and start saving more.

This turns out harder than I thought

I have been binging on sweets; thus the weight gain. Again, my inability to be on target is due to my lack of commitment and focus. If i watch myself I am able to do it but if I don’t, who knows how many pieces of truffle I have devoured in the last 3 months.

Aahhhhhhhhh.....Checked my weight last weekend

and found that I have gained 4 pounds.

Need to get more fibers in my diet and go to the gym everyday for 30 minutes. I am so lame, the gym is just downstairs, free. Working with the personal trainer one day a week is not enough. I eat too much.

I found that if I keep track of my weight on a daily basis, I lose weight rather than gain. I will go back to keeping a log.

Really need to lose this fat so that I am not sizzling like a piece of lard on the pavement when I go home during the hot hummid SE Asia summer.
