It is a very abstract thing to implement but I have a few starting pointers. I’ll try and concretize this a bit before I commit to implementing this on a daily basis.
Ideas that come to mind are …
Attend to what is already here – this experience, this task, people here.
No rushing towards what is out there to be obtained.
No resistance or pushing away to what is already here.
My actions in the present should be free of the above two, natural, intuitive, simple, comforting, spontaneous.

I want to track this is as an important item. But I am going to focus and incorporate things one at a time, proactively. So far pranayama (#4 on my list and the first of the ones to get immediate focus) is going great and am doing better at getting a good sleep and finding time for myself in the morning (#5).
