How I did it: I began jogging in my neighborhood and built up to running the whole way slowly. I then marked out a path using google maps so I would know how far I'd run. I tried to do something active every day for 30 minutes. I signed up with friends to do the Shamrock Run, a fun, local 5k. It was pouring rain that day, but I had so much fun anyways! I love to try new recipes. I especially like baking. I made the best cookies last week! I sometimes follow recipes, and other times I make up my own. It’s fun.
