Now I have attended twice, and have plans for next week with a friend. Maybe that will make me more accountable? I hope so. I want to get in better shape and spring break is… 4 weeks away. I know I can’t accomplish much in so little time, but I’ve got to start somewhere.



Stop drinking Coca Cola (read all 2 entries…)
two full days

I haven’t had any soda in two full days. I thought the caffeine withdrawal would be bad, like it usually is, but I haven’t gotten any headaches yet.

Even though I feel like I am over the caffeine bit, it is very tempting to go and have some more, especially since people next to me in class today were opening sodas with that chhhhh noise of the escape of carbonation.

Blah. Maybe I’ll have the non-caffeinated sort later.

now it is raining. if it doesn’t stop raining, it is really going to suck walking to the gym. I may end up going to spinning twice this week, since my friend said she wanted company on thursday. we’ll see how dead i am after today.
