Beijing was great!

Just returned from Beijing. This was our very first Olympic games. We enjoyed it very much. If the 2016 Olympics comes to Tokyo, my wife and I hope to be one of the volunteers.
don't take it for granted

i was diagnosed with cancer five years ago. i had an operation and went through radiation therapy and thank god i’m ok now. it made me realize how important being healthy is. need to stay healthy not only for my sake but for my familiy’s too.
