It’s only been a few days and it’s going well. I’ve cut it down to just three shows a week but I’m finding that it’s one thing to find productive things to do instead, that’s pretty easy. The hard part is finding new ways to relax and unwind. Whenever I want to just chill after a long day I just really want to turn on the box. I guess I’ll just keep slogging away. Maybe I’ll finally start another knitting project.

I’ve been a TV addict for most of my life and I’ve managed to cut down on various occasions but have always gotten sucked back in. Now it’s just sucking away too much time and I have to get it under control. Maybe this will help me stick to it.
