How I did it: I cancelled the satellite and read more. TV just draws you into watching it because it is on. There really is very little on it worth watching and it hinders the imagination. Read instead! Read how I did it…

How I did it: I exercised daily with at least 20 minutes on the treadmill, sometimes 40. I tracked my losses/gains with the Wii fit, which kept me accountable. Trying to lose the next 25lbs now! Read how I did it…
