so i’ve read about 170 pages over the course of three weeks…i love reading and i usually devour a book within a few days but i’ve been reading a bunch of other stuff and haven’t been able to focus enough energy on this one. i’m really enjoying it, more than i thought i would, actually, but i just can’t seem to stay focused when i’m reading it.

i was nail biter for years and years and i just couldn’t stop. i hated how gross my nails looked and how they were always bleeding. it was something i did subconsciously when i got nervous, or even when i was just bored. one day, i realized i wasn’t doing it as much. my nails started to get longer and once i realized how much nicer they looked, i started to become more aware of them. now, i don’t bite them except on rare occasions when i am extremely worked up. i actually have to trim them once a week now! i wish i had some solid advice but really all that happened to me was that i grew out of the habit.
