I’ve lost 29.5 lbs in the past 2 and a half months. It’s nice to FINALLY be doing this. I look back at what I wrote 3 years ago and realize how much time I wasted.
Every time I get below a certain number (usually 260, 250, and now 240), I tell myself “I will never see 2X0 again!!!!”)
I looked up my FICO scores. Not pretty. But I’m starting to change my habits and plan on getting my scores up by the end of this April, 2010 (when my lease is up on my apartment). I might move home for a month or two, saving up a little more money at that point and looking around for a house to buy.
I’ll also be a first time home owner, so I can take advantage of an FHA loan as well.
I’ve still got a little ways to go. I will hopefully be paying off around $2500 in the next few months, leaving only my $4000 credit card left.
It is feeling good to finally start to feel like I’m out from under this burden!
