Just finished 3 miles, in 26:40, not bad for the first time in a long time, back in college I was in the 23 minute range, so hopefully I can return there in time…felt pretty good overall

Ran two miles yesterday in a light rain…felt good, something refreshing about the rain, have dropped my mile time in the neighborhood of 9 minutes…I think if I had to run against the clock I could be faster, really just running for relaxation yesterday…running has really helped with stress and making me tired enough to go to bed…
Ran 2+ today, took a wrong turn on my route, not sure the final distance, probably 2.75 or 3. Felt pretty good and can definitly feel the improvement…sore feet and knees…
