I have to stop procrastinating, especially about my health. I’m a bit overweight, and always have trouble getting STARTED on a workout routine. I keep saying “I’ll start tonight when I get home”, then when I get home other things always come up. I have to make ME a priority. How do I do that? How do I get myself to feel that I’m worth putting first before anything else in my life?
