How I did it
How I did it: Goal setting, exercise, eating well, music, and sunshine all help. Yoga helps, also making time for creativity, making music with others and art by myself. I made progress on reducing my migraine headaches by focusing on nutrition and exercise. Having less headaches is a major life change. I am definitely having less severe migraines. I am pretty sure it is because I am paying alot of attention to my nutrition and getting more exercise.
