I’m trying for 20-30 min/day. 3 days a week aerobic and two of strength or yoga. Not quite keeping up with it, but almost, for 3 weeks now.
Focusing on 5 things. Removing things from my list if they make me feel anxious or stressed or just not doable any time soon.
