Fell off the wagon, big time.
Haven’t been following the program for a couple of weeks. It was so much easier to stick to during Lent (when I was sticking to my “no sweets” deal.)
For some reason the Lenten vow seemed to encourage my sticking to the situp routine…?
I’m thinking about giving up sweets again ‘til…say, the end of the NHL playoffs, and maybe that will help.
Makes sense to me, anyway.
Just gotta stick to it.



ride my bicycle every chance I get
doing much better with this goal than I did last year 6 months ago

Got caught in the rain today. Went out for a ride to clear my mind and wound up-
not being able to see where I was going,
on a dirt road full of pot holes,
came home with my clothes 5 lbs heavier
and plastered to my arms and legs,
with a mud stripe clear up my backside.
Was quite liberating, nonetheless.

1st attempt 6 months ago

Failed.
Mum & I left a couple of pennies on the track by work.
Went to pick her up and found that pennies were falling off the rail.

2nd attempt
will include scotch tape.
