Well if it was common knowledge that therians were real that it would be easy, but I’d hold off on making it common knowledge until all the evil humans/evil non-humans who pretend to be humans(not therians but very dark beings)are removed from power, and it would help if people were told on a global scale after the next golden age starts.

people are tell me that therians dont need laws mabe there right so i am starting a vote to get rid of the laws vote Y to ceep the law or N to get rid of the law its youe choses not mine

3. never abouse the terian form
4. never tell a human that is to young or to old how being a therain
5. never cheat or you mate, only have inercorces with your mate

8. never kill a human or a therian (self defences is only expetion)

but they forget that wolfs live in packs and packs have rules and leaders. they are simpile but still laws
