How I did it: I've wanted a Jeep wrangler since I was 16. It's really the only vehicle that I've ever been crazy about.2 days ago I found a great Jeep listed online at a dealership about an hour away from my town. I emailed & called the sales person. How I did it: This was my first 5k and I was very nervous at the start. I ended up starting out really fast (faster than I should have). It was a trail run, so there were some rough parts, one GIANT hill, and some nice tree-lined trails as well. I ended up finishing in 36 minutes flat. I came in 29th overall and 1st in my age division for which I won a medal! My SO also ran and he came in 7th in 27 minutes, and won first in his age division also.I have… Read how I did it…
Looks like I may be doing this soon whether I like it or not. My SO is transferring to a new town for his job, so we’ll be in a new city before the end of the year. Job hunt begins!
Alright, I finally turned in my paperwork & photo at the post office. My dad sent me some cash as an unexpected early birthday present, so I used that to pay the fee. Yay! It should be here soon!!
