Help! 2 years ago

My problem is that it’s hard for me to resist temptation. My family and roommates are big on junk food, and I’ve asked them to please hide it in their rooms if they must buy it, and not to buy frozen or refrigerated junk food. I told them I’d even give them money to make up for the difference it costs to go for ice cream rather than bring a quart home. However, nothing seems to help. Chips, cookies, doughnuts, and now egg nog and Halloween candy fill the kitchen. Pizza and fried chicken come home for dinner regularly, despite my pleas. Do they not realize that I really mean it when I say “if you bring that stuff home, I’m going to eat all of it?” I’m getting so frustrated because I want to be healthy. I exercise 5 days a week, but I’m still binging and still gaining. What else can I do? How can I resist their treats??

Yeah, I always get dizzy too. Especially when I suddenly stand up, or when I’m leaning over (like to tie my shoe) and then stand up. I don’t know if there’s anything that can fix that besides eating more. I just try to deal with it. I’ve kind of gotten used to it.

Cabbage soup recipe 2 years ago

1/2 a head of cabbage, shredded
4 or 5 stalks of celery, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (around 14 oz) of diced tomatoes
chicken bouillon powder and seasoning to taste

Just boil some water in a big pot and add everything in! Then turn the heat down to medium-low and let it simmer for a few hours. Since there are hardly any calories, you can eat a ton without gaining weight. The entire pot only has about 250 calories.
