Positive attitude plus a little more

I quit back in September after reading a book called “The Easy Way” by Allen Carr. Basically the book helped shore up my own motivation and make me realize it’s as easy as deciding you want to quit. Also, I used Zyban for the first week to help get over the first hump.
It’s been 4 months now and I can’t believe I smoked for as long as I did (18 years) and I’d never want to be a junky again.
