There was a good six months where i wasn’t doing much yoga, the yoga place I was going to closed and then I had some emdical issues. Anyway, I am 9 months pregoo now and have been going to yoga solid once a week, usually twice. I will surely take another break when the bambino arrives but want to get to “mom n babes yoga” as soon as possible to help start get back on track.
