So I’ve decided to write an entry about this goal each day in the hopes that it will stay fresh in mind and act as a reminder to keep up the positive frame of mind.
I did pretty well today. I spent a large portion of the day and evening studying and also was able to get some work done around the house. So, yay for me.
I did slip up a little bit early this afternoon once I got back from the barbers. I won’t get down on myself about it though. I’m just now really focusing on getting this crap straightened out.
Goal for tomorrow is study for at least 8 hrs, finish my laundry and clean my apartment.

I think that overall I have gotten better at this goal. I do slip up from time to time, but I’m learning.
I think the answer to my problem is to fill my life with more enriching “real life” activities than sitting around browsing the web. Something like this needs to be broken down into small chunks and added up over time. So for this week I have a goal of only using the internet for things like looking up directions or times for a movie or something practical.

I didn’t finish and I really don’t want to. I didn’t see any health benefits during my time as a strict carnivore. My skin stayed the same, my weight stayed the same and everything pretty much stayed the same.
So basically nothing happened.
