So I’ve decided to write an entry about this goal each day in the hopes that it will stay fresh in mind and act as a reminder to keep up the positive frame of mind.
I did pretty well today. I spent a large portion of the day and evening studying and also was able to get some work done around the house. So, yay for me.
I did slip up a little bit early this afternoon once I got back from the barbers. I won’t get down on myself about it though. I’m just now really focusing on getting this crap straightened out.
Goal for tomorrow is study for at least 8 hrs, finish my laundry and clean my apartment.

I think that overall I have gotten better at this goal. I do slip up from time to time, but I’m learning.
I think the answer to my problem is to fill my life with more enriching “real life” activities than sitting around browsing the web. Something like this needs to be broken down into small chunks and added up over time. So for this week I have a goal of only using the internet for things like looking up directions or times for a movie or something practical.

I didn’t finish and I really don’t want to. I didn’t see any health benefits during my time as a strict carnivore. My skin stayed the same, my weight stayed the same and everything pretty much stayed the same.
So basically nothing happened.

Alright, I’m on day 21 right now. I will admit that I did fall off about a week ago. I went to a baseball game and had a few beers and that led me on a hunt for pizza and eventually some sugary junk food later that night. Just a little detour in my opinion. I jumped right back on track. So far, it’s been pretty painless.

Ok, 10 days down. Piece of cake so far. I did lose a few lbs, but things seem to have stabilized. My skin hasn’t really changed any, but I do feel better in general. Only 80 more days to go.

Alright, so I started yesterday. I’ve decided to allow all meats, cheeses, creams, butter (dairy) and eggs. I’m doing this because I have a really bad sweet tooth. It’s so bad that sometimes I eat so much junk that I fall into a sugar induced deep sleep and feel like shit for the next two or three days. Other things I would like to have happen is maybe lose a few pounds and see if my skin clears up.
Today is day 2, only 88 more to go.

So I’ve started by using a computer flashcard program and have entered the Cyrillic. I’m just doing a few cards a day. Things are moving pretty slow, but since I’m in school I don’t have a lot of free time. I have decided that it might be best to just write out the alphabet each day rather than just guess the English equivalent.

I’m going to go ahead and move this to the done category. My muscles are sore from working out, but pretty much any pain that I initially had is now gone.
Regular chiro treatments, heavy lifting and just plain old taking care of myself took care of this one.
Feeling awesome, but this is going to be a maintenance project too. If I don’t keep up with all the things that keep a person healthy then I’ll slip back right into where I was before.

I started on a diet a few days before christmas. This may have been the worst time to start a diet, but honsetlym there really is no “perfect time,” or “right time.” There never will be a best time to do things other than right now. So that’s what I did. I started off OK. I lost a few pounds. Then, christmas came and went. I pigged out. It’s ok. I saw this coming. Then New Years. That’s ok too. So I just will pick u where I left off.
No biggie.
Lets keep this shit moving through the easy times and the adversity.

Shit, I forgot. I actually did this. It’s this storage shelf that I made out of plumbing pipe and chain. It’s basically a 3 sided structure forming a “u” that has boards running across the middle. I keep my clothes and other miscellaneous stuff there. It’s pretty cool. Also cool is that I put the whole thing together in my head as I walked around Home Depot one day.
Definitely worth it.

This is really just a vague wish. What I realy want is to stop looking at porn for 4 hrs at a clip. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with porn, but there is so much of it out there to be viewed that 4hrs will literally pass and I’m just stuck there (not literally) wondering where the time went.
Each page brings up links to six other pages, which have links to six other pages and so on and so on.
I’m saying it right now, from this point on no more internet porn. I’m initiating a moritorium right here, right now.
