How I did it: I actually learned how to cook for love: so that I could make meals for my ex. At that time I lived in a dorm and didn't need to cook, and my mom never liked cooking and so she didn't teach me much. I found that I really enjoyed the process, and so long after that ex is gone I use and build on those cooking skills everyday. How I did it: I'd been wanting to switch to cloth pads for a long time because of the environmental impact of disposable ones. Finally, I noticed that the health/natural foods store was selling a Lunapads starter kit, so I bought it. I also bought a plastic bucket with a lid for soaking them after use. I've been using cloth pads for about 3 years now.It is a little extra work to use the cloth pads over disposable, but well worth it to me for the waste … Read how I did it…

So I’m very happy I bought tickets to visit her for Thanksgiving! I was going to stay here, but work can wait.
We had an outreach meeting today, which I led. Our group seems happy, and they are organized with duties delegated. I know I did a good job leading, so pat on the back there.
