How I did it: When I decided that i was not happy with the looks of my upper teeth, i have gone to the dentist.He has checked my mouth, took a model of it and after a month he inserted the braces.it hurts when you eat(and at first it scars all inside your mouth even though you dont eat anything), and some food remains on them so you gotta brush your teeth after any meal, but when i think of the result i will have, i know the only thing i can do is to b… Read how I did it…
How I did it: 6 months ago one night while browsing photos on web, i saw some cow photos. they were so cute and innocent that i suddenly came to realization that they are also alive. the meat is taken from this defenceless, innocent living things. they can feel too. they can be happy or sad too.so what is the difference between eating an animal or a human baby?as a meat lover i was, i absolutely didnt want to accept the idea not eating meat anymore.so … Read how I did it…
because i just couldnt resist all the delicous hamburgers, alcohol and cigarettes . I simply gave up :D
To Do:
-Drink plenty of good quality water (aim for 10 glasses a day).
- Essentially, plastic is evil, so anywhere you can avoid eating or drinking from it, do so.
-sip hot water with fresh lemon and parsley.
-Start the day with two big glasses of water.
