I am loving the Advanced Creative Writing course. Ok some of it is hard, the next assessment is to turn a short story into a play, I’m sure I’ll work it out.
But now I’ve got all these ideas and I’m really starting to think about doing an MA, except that reading about all the courses it looks like I need a degree first! More work then.

How I did it: I did this last year too, so I knew what to do, but if you go to the Operation Christmas Child website they tell you everything you need to know. Then you just choose an age group and sex - for instance this year I chose a 5-9 year old boy, and off you go shopping to fill the box. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Once I decided I needed a new car it was all quite quick. Looked every day on the Autotrader website and rang people if I saw a nice one. Finally I came across a 2006 modle which was still there so went to have a look and bought it! 4 days later I went to pick it up. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Writing the code etc wasn't too bad. I've been on a course about web design and I had my book. The scary bit was going live. http://www.thrivelandscapes.streamlinenettrial.co.uk/index.htmlBut I'm well pleased with the end result. Its pretty close to how we wanted it and I'm amazed that I did that! Rock on! Read how I did it…

This is a great way to make a real difference for a child somewhere in Africa, Eastern Europe or Asia.
Just fill a shoe box up with toys and educational stuff then drop it off at one of the collection centres and they will deleiver them for you. Visit their website for more details http://www.operationchristmaschild.org.uk/
I’ve got a little Ford Ka at the moment and love it. But its getting old and things are starting to go wrong – its getting expensive. Best to get a new one I fear, but what to get?
I’ve love a mini, but I think I might end up with another Ka as they are a good little car and something I can afford!
