I keep putting things off till the last minute. Some times I dont even get things done because Ive put it off for too long and then its too late! For example, this past year I didnt buy Christmas cards till Dec 23rd and then it was too late to send them. Sure I handed a few out to people I saw in person, but I didnt do as much as I wanted to!
Anyhow, when I make lists I do better and get things done. I dont forget them as much. Ive taken a calendar and stapled a piece of paper to each month and listed what I want to get done in that month. As I complete the task, it gets crossed off! For example, for April I have plan a garden. May I have get plants/seeds planted for veggie garden! June I have get annuals and plant flowers! Usually I put it off for so long its July or August before I start thinking of things and its too late to do anything! At least having it planned ahead of time will get me thinking and hopefully planning and getting it done on time!

Ive been siding by things and not taking care of myself. I need to get back on my meds (heart meds, etc). Ive just got fed up with life and didnt care anymore. I need to get healthy again and care about myself so I can be around to care about others in my life.
1. I want to start back on my meds.
2. Start drinking water instead of pop all the time.
3. Eat healthier.. no more fast foods and whatever is quickest!
4. Start some type of exercise. Ive become a real couch potato.
5. More veggies and fruits and less breads and potatoes!
I know if I make a few changes, it would be better for my health and help me in other areas of my life. Now just to do it!

As every year… I make the resolution to lose weight! I really need to do this tho! I need to lose about 200#,,, but if I could lose 50# in 2007, it would be a start! In November 2006 I went to the doc and was put on the scale. But the scale only went up to 350# .... and Im higher then that, but they dont know by how much! Im guessing 360# or so! My clothes are the same size as when I was 350#, so I cant be too much more then that Im figuring! I really dont want to have surgery. So I really need to buckle down and really try hard this year! Do it on my own! Less food, healthier food! More water! Any exercise would be good!
