Update on Goals

Goals completed:
- Wear sunscreen everyday (I feel guilty without it now!)
- Do 3 hours or cardio every week (mainly walking)
- Eat more fish and seaweed
- Take vitamins everyday
- Quit social smoking
- Significantly reduce sugar intake
- Drink a maximum of 3 cups of coffee per day and no caffeine after 6:00pm

Goals to work on:
- Do yoga or Pilates regularly
- Do more strength training
- Grow my own vegetables
- Eat more vegetables
- Eat more fibre
- Eat wholemeal bread
- Make a weekly outline of meals and snacks.
- Home cook more often. Especially yoghurt, soups and quinoa
- Eat a better breakfast
