Boo!
Okay I slipped a little bit. Went out on the town on Saturday night and because I was driving I didn’t drink and alcohol. But I decided to drink coke instead :-(.
Dispite this set back I have to keep going tho. Because occasional slip ups are bound to happen and it how you handle them that is important.
Next time im on a big night out I will ask if they have juice and if all else fails I’ll resort to Sprite of Lemonaide.

People have been commenting on how white my teeth are :-).
Also, it’s starting to feel “wrong” if I go to bed without brushing my teeth really well.
My only is that after a big night when I get home I really don’t feel like brushing my teeth. Need to find a strategy to get me to do it then. Any ideas?

- Do some jump rope everyday. It burns soooo many calories!
- Do the ten minute jump rope routine (as seen on sparkpeople.com, twice this week.
- Go for two walks
- Go for one hike
- Additionally…
- Makes some new play lists to listen to while exercising.
- Look up more swing dancing moves(esp. Charleston Stroll)
