i have been obsessed with self-improvement in sports for a very long time.

i have been injured and now i just need to branch off into something more mentally aspiring or pleasurable.

all you have to do is become more self aware and disiplined.

try this exercise: try not thinking of something.

think “dont think of robots” and that way you are forced to become more self aware by trying not to think of robots.

i started taking better care of my teeth than i do now.
when i was 14 i hardly even brushed my teeth.
im glad that i started the habit of making sure they are ok now, so as i get older i dont have to worry about the problems they cause.

yay me.
