I’vw been veggie for fifteen years and I’m extremely happy about it. While not for everyone, I definitely feel healthier and better about myself. It can be a little difficult in the beginning but as soon as you find you way around it there little going back. Also, as a bonus you’ll probably want to learn new recipes from around the World to avoid eating the same things over and over.
