Although I still wouldn’t mind doing this, as some of my happiest times involved morning swim practice. I read an article the other day though that said the best time to workout is in the late afternoon, for some metabolic reason. I’m sure that that’s something that really only applies to Olympic bodybuilders, but it’s nice to have some corroboration.
