Ok, here is what I want to do in 30 days

1. Learn a new vocabulary word each day (and use it)
2. Do not eat between meals
3. Drink the required amount of water everyday
4. Talk to someone I don’t know each day
5. Be vegan



Break my food addiction
It control's my life

I hate having the thoughts about food control my life. I think it’s sad how few people even realize that they have it. I’m not fat, but I am unhealthy from how I eat all the time. One day it is my goal to simply not care about when or what I eat anymore. To just be too interested in the rest of my life to bother with eating. Wish me luck!

get back in the stride

I was vegan for almost a year before. I LOVED it! It was just in a few repeated moments of weakness that lead me to stop being vegan, and now consume as much dairy as the next person. Sometimes I stop and think about how great I felt when I was vegan. I want to do so again.
