How I did it: This book takes determination. It is hard to tell anyone how to read it. But it takes a desire to learn, and a desire to be inspired! If you have no desire to learn, or to appreciate the great depth and beauty in this book, I say don't read it. It will be impossible for you to accomplish if you aren't open to it. But for those of you who are willing to allow this book to change you, then just perservere. Victor Hugo is amazing in his plot… Read how I did it…
How I did it: This book is not one that can be simply conquered in a few short weeks or months. My advice to anyone attempting to read this book is to look at it as a philosophy rather than a story. I hate having the thoughts about food control my life. I think it’s sad how few people even realize that they have it. I’m not fat, but I am unhealthy from how I eat all the time. One day it is my goal to simply not care about when or what I eat anymore. To just be too interested in the rest of my life to bother with eating. Wish me luck!
I was vegan for almost a year before. I LOVED it! It was just in a few repeated moments of weakness that lead me to stop being vegan, and now consume as much dairy as the next person. Sometimes I stop and think about how great I felt when I was vegan. I want to do so again.
