I know that I will have to take this medicine forever, unless they come up with a cure or something. So, I just need to be sure I always have enough on hand so that I can go on a spontaneous get-away or bring enough with me if I ever really get to do relief work in developing countries. If I don’t take care of myself, I won’t be able to be a better wife or be a better mother or have a garden.

I have found that I like the IDEA of having long hair again more than I would ACTUALLY like having long hair. I have found my personal best hair style, and it isn’t long. It’s a bob!
I was late taking my meds today, so likely I did not get the full dose. That’s the problem when you forget to take thyroid medicines first thing in the morning a full hour before you eat anything: by the time you remember, you just have to take the dose and start again the right way the next day!
Of course, the reason I didn’t take them right away upon waking is because I didn’t have a drink next the bed, and I can’t seem to swallow medicine without a drink anymore. So, I bought some little bottles of water to keep next to the bed. That should also help me with my goal to drink more water, too. Once the bottle is open to take my meds, I may as well swig the whole thing and start my day off right!
