It finally came together through a sort of odd routte…doing yoga and meditation everyday I htink were the finaly deal sealers on this project. If anyone has any questions, Id be happy to help you! Good luck in your journies!

eek only one more day! dang that means I have to get up mad early tomorrow…the hardest part about this and the mosst essential because its the only way to fit it in really. xo!
ok so I have a friend who I dont feel like giving the backstory of – but hes quite brilliant and does exstensive research on..everything- anyway, he thinks that adult humans only need 2 hrs of sleep to be healthy. When you get less and you feel like shit its because we are actually addicted to sleep, not because we need it to be healthy (as we did when we were in certian stages of development). So the way to get to 2 hrs a night with out going crazy is to get on a regular 8 hrs schedule, once you have a good schedule going, cut it to 7 hrs- stay there as long as you need to still feel refreshed when you wake up- may be two days or two weeks- then, again, once you are on a routine- comfortable schedule of 7hrs cut it to 6 and do the same thing do it for as long as you need to feel healthy and refreshed- all the way to 2 hrs. Now, I havent tried it so Im not vouching for it but Im definitely curious!
Ill record how it goes for anyone who is interested.
