Personally, I think 3 or 4 chapters a day is too quick-paced for me, so I’m reading and meditating on 1 or 2 chapters a day over a course of three years.

Yes, trying to lose 15 pounds in 50 days. That’s about a pound a day, which will take great effort on my part. Most people say I’m “too young” to be thinking about this, seeing as I’m going through adolescence, but I want to get into the habit of weight loss before I grow up to become an overeating fatso. Ughh… I have excess tummy fat and my legs are thick and short. I’ve developed a daily exercise routine that involves basic yoga, walking, running, a bit of muscle toning, and stretching. Plus, I’m trying to cut back on my late night snacking and overeating. Is this enough? Let me know. =)
Of course, a plan isn’t enough. This part I’m good at. What I’m not good at is keeping up with it and following through every day. How can I get my motivation up? [sigh]
