I use this for personal projects and like it. I have worked on one joint project using subversion and found the merge conflict to be wanting. I have never found a really good solution to this.

Nothin but .NET developer boot camp

I did this week long course a few weeks ago. I got so much from this and am still digesting the material we covered. This has made me a better programmer.
