drink more water
I hate the taste of H2O but

we must drink it instead of soda’s, etc… for our health, for ourself and for those we love so we stay as healthy as we can be.

I personally can’t drink 8 glasses of 8oz of H2O a day EVERYDAY but I start out everyday with that as my goal and getting 6 of those down a day really makes me feel better, look better and stops me from drinking sugary type drinks that are so bad for our health.
