I was vegan for about 6 months, but then I fell back on the dairy wagon- out of sheer laziness. I’ve been eating dairy again for over a year, and I know how bad it is for me, and for the animals.
Darn cheese being so addictive.

Step one- this worked well for me before:
Vegan only at home

Vegan everywhere

I try to buy organic, but sometimes convinience and availability wins out. I need to make more of an effort to go to the farmers market and to the HFS.

I wish Whole Foods was in Canada!

Right now I am dancing twice a week.
I bellydance and I am taking an intermediate Funk class.

In the winter, I want to Bellydance, take Funk and also take a west African class.

I’m signed up for Bellydance and African, but I just need to pay for funk as well.
That will be 4.5 hours a week. I would do more, but I can’t afford to.
