Keep a Journal

While I visited Spain I was forced to keep a journal, i had to write my experiences everyday. The thing is i was doing something EVERYDAY to have something to write about. Most of the days i’m not working, i’m sitting around the house just fiddeling on the computer, that’s nothing to write home about…

Join The Air Force

In order to join the Air Force i need to lose about 50lbs. The first week i decided this i was extremely motivated to lose the weight. I didn’t lose very much weight. I excersized, cut all carbonated sodas, suger drinks, etc. out of my diet. I drink water constantly, I’ve cut my portions of food in half almost. I was 202 lbs. when i started the last week of March and now, i’m 192.5 lbs. It’s been 4-5 weeks and all i’ve lost is 10 lbs. I don’t know what else to do. People i’ve talked to say that i need to drink more water, there isn’t a moment in the day i’m not drinking water. If you have any suggestions as to what i can do more of, let me know. I’d greatly appreciate it…
