While I visited Spain I was forced to keep a journal, i had to write my experiences everyday. The thing is i was doing something EVERYDAY to have something to write about. I love to read. I read so often lately i’m finding less and less books to read. What are you reading?
In order to join the Air Force i need to lose about 50lbs. The first week i decided this i was extremely motivated to lose the weight. I didn’t lose very much weight. I excersized, cut all carbonated sodas, suger drinks, etc. out of my diet. I drink water constantly, I’ve cut my portions of food in half almost. I was 202 lbs. when i started the last week of March and now, i’m 192.5 lbs. It’s been 4-5 weeks and all i’ve lost is 10 lbs. I don’t know what else to do. People i’ve talked to say that i need to drink more water, there isn’t a moment in the day i’m not drinking water. If you have any suggestions as to what i can do more of, let me know. I’d greatly appreciate it…
