Kung Fu, Karate, and Capoeira. Of the three, I’ve stuck with capoeira the longest. It’s loads of fun; the most acrobatic of the three, and the least dogmatic, which I think is why I like it the most.

I have learned a bit of Ruby, and have Dave Thomas’ book waiting for me. I’m tempted to write a bytecode compiler for Ruby, but my job excludes that at the moment.
I’m currently watching the lectures for MIT’s 18.06 to re-learn Linear Algebra. After that, I want to learn more about probability and statistics. A goal of mine in doing this is to be able to understand everything in Motwani and Raghavan’s Randomized Algorithms.
