Over the last 6 months or so, I have lost 26 lbs. I still have quite a bit to go, but I am going to get there this year! Then I can get my rewards for it (tattoo and belly ring) and mark off two more of my goals!
I am doing Weight Watchers and working out. Right now, I work out between 4 and 6 times per week. I keep things interesting by trying lots of different workouts, and I give myself one day a week to eat the foods I want but can’t really have on the other days. That’s how I’ve managed to stick with it.

Right now I’m averaging around 60 oz. a day. My final goal is to get up to 100 oz. a day. Shouldn’t be too hard to accomplish this, but I’m going to make the adjustments slowly so I can stick with it and really make it a habit rather than just doing it for awhile then going back.

This is a reward for getting to my goal weight (which is another of my 43 things)! I won’t look to do this until I get there, so it will be awhile, but it is GOING to happen this year!
I want to get something small and discreet, either on my lower back or at the base of my neck. I have a few designs that I like, but I’ll have plenty of time to think about it and figure out the perfect one before I get ready to actually do it.
