run a half marathon without wheezing and crying and still be able to walk the next day (read all 2 entries…)

i’m quite impressed i made it to 10 miles and did keep them around 10 minutes each or less. hurt my knee pretty bad, but really got in great shape and have maintained much of it. half-marathon training is a very good exercise in, um, exercise.
