How I did it: Since I was in high school my mother has been torchering me about how I laugh and smile too much. I use to think there was something wrong with me. So I did everything to stop myself from smiling when I was talking to people. I became more pessimistic. Unfortunately, I seriously regret doing that. Because I don't feel as happy as I use to.  I want to get my smile back and laugh as much as I use to. It keeps you young and happy. Read how I did it…

How to live in a foreign country

How I did it: So after 21 years of living, breathing and being torchered by my isolation in the USA. I decided to take some drastic measures and get out! I took almost all of my close and ran off in the middle of the night to live in Montreal.  From there I went to France (Paris, Nantes, Vendee) and then back to Montreal. From here...who knows where I will go. My life is full of surprizes now and I wouldn't have it any other way! Read how I did it…

Ok! So I didn’t exactly “quit” my job, but I’m no longer working at the library anymore. A tragic twist of events has turned the only life I knew, upside down! But I can’t say that I’m unhappy about it! It forced me to make a change in my life that is well overdue. I love chance!

Go on a 28 day juice fast
Thirst For Life 2 years ago

The longest I have ever fasted was for 2 days. I was doing a water fast which was suppose to last for 7 days but…it was just too hard, so I quit early. I’m attempting to start a 28 day juice fast after Thanksgiving. I think it will be easier to complete. I would be happy if I managed to last 7 days on this diet, but the goal is 28 days so here’s hoping.
