At the 92nd Street Y – next class isn’t until the fall, but that’s OK. As a bonus, my mom also wants to take the class, so it’ll be something fun for us to do together. I’m really looking forward to it!



lose 30 lbs
I lost 3 pounds this week 5 months ago

This is the most I’ve lost in one week in a long time. Some things which are working:

1. Not watching television
2. Eating 3 meals a day and that’s it – no snacking
3. Sticking to Weight Watchers points values
4. Eating a lot of Moroccan food (healthy)
5. Walking 1/2 hour a day
6. Self-hypnosis tape by Rick Collingwood
7. Not being afraid to be hungry



Stop watching TV (read all 2 entries…)
Still not watching TV 5 months ago

It’s interesting, I’m getting more done, particularly more cooking and reading, both much healthier alternatives.
