Losing Weight-Not so hard?

I’ve been trying to lose a bit of weight-ideally, 20 pounds, simply by cutting calories. And you know, I’m doing it gradually, and I’ve lost 5 pounds in a few weeks.
The one tip I have for those trying to lose weight is to eat in moderation. DON’T try and cut junk food or bad food altogether-just eat less of it. Also, get tasty food instead of healthy stuff that isn’t motivating. Instead of having something bad like a pop-tart for breakfast, I now have eggs, which are really healthy AND have good protein, so I’m not hungry during the day!
