i began exercising on the 16th of september,
and just began the second month into getting fit!
i found an absolute gem of a book -
it’s in Korean, full with photos,
and lots of ideas to shape up your body (for women) -
the 1st month, i wanted to exercise 3-4 times a week,
but after the Chuseok holiday, things got really slow,
with me doing only 2 days a week. not good.
so. this month, i am stepping it up a bit,
and aiming to do 5 days a week.
i also want to eat better -
like making chicken breast sandwiches,
trying the muscle milk -
as the author (a fitness trainer) suggests.
so far, i’ve lost 1kg, and 5cm from my waist.
the best thing about working out is how i feel
during and after working out. it gets me out of
my head, and keeps me in a better mood.
:D i guess it’s really worth it!
