so i had been contemplating getting another piercing for a while. after a really bad night and the loss of a friend. not to a death. but just someone who i know things are different with not…. i decided to make an in the heat of the moment trip down to one of the local piercing parlors in my town. bad move considering the place didnt seem to trust worthy. as well as the fact that my uncle owns three tattoo / piercing parlors in two states. on of them being in the same town… and if i would have waiting til the next day he prolly would have hooked me up…. but it was something i needed and wanted to do that night.

i decided on the nose just because one… i work at a major consumer electronics retail store and i deal with costomers all day long. and work doesnt really dig it. and considering i had my ears stretched to 7/16 at one time and my lip pierced i knew i couldnt push it too much.

and because you dont see too many dudes rockin a nose piercing. atleaste where i live.

the parlor charged me 60$ which is a little more than standard. and the jelwery was included. just a simple stud.

its really suttle and ive had it for almost a week now and my boss as well as most people i know havnt noticed.

the healing has been pretty pleasent compaired to when i got my lip done. though i tend to heal rather good and quick after being pierced. it only hurt for a good two or three days after i first got it. the first night i lost the backing to it in my sleep so it coming out has been a little problem. only because if im not thinking ill scratch or brush my nose and it will come out. but putting it back n isnt a proble mand it doesnt hurt at all. i tend to get scared when i breath really deep or sneez that it will pop out, lol.

id say the pain was far worst though. but then again the chick who did it was pretty rough. it blead but only a little.

my only complaint or atleaste from what most people are saying or questioning is “why is it up so high”

which doesnt necesserely bother me. only because i dont like it too low and i like it to be a little different. it also gives me an idea later down the road of maybe getting a second one on the same side.

well see once this finishes healing and i can chnge the jewelery out.

i def suggest a spare of the moment piercing if you think it is going to make you feel better. i know its helped for me.
